W220 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the w220 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the w220 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use w220's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the management of the w220 platform. By accepting these terms, you also indicate your agreement to Privacy Policy which forms part of this overall agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the w220 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended and any existing balance forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. w220 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard protective measure to ensure that only the verified account owner can access their funds.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a user of the w220 platform, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and complying with all applicable laws
- Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to access the platform without authorisation
- Not attempting to exploit or manipulate the gaming, payment, or promotions system for unfair advantage
- Not transferring or sharing your account with any other party under any circumstances
- Not using illegally obtained funds to make deposits or conduct any transactions on the platform
- Notifying w220 promptly if you become aware of any technical errors or inconsistencies in the system
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance and associated promotions, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All transactions on the w220 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local internet banking via FPX, local e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other local payment methods listed on the platform from time to time.
W220 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Users are advised to check the current limits in the account section before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. w220 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from one to 24 business hours, depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
In the event of any suspicious or unexplained transactions, w220 reserves the right to hold processing until an investigation is complete. Users will be contacted through their registered channel for verification purposes.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
W220 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Once an account is closed, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.
Limitation of Liability
The w220 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. w220 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the w220 platform — including brand names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of w220. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The w220 platform may contain references to third-party services. w220 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
W220 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest terms. w220 may send notifications via email or in-platform notices when significant changes are made.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the w220 platform or these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and Malaysian courts shall have jurisdiction for all legal purposes.
